Derby county beat bristol rovers in the fa cup?

can any derby fans out there tell me why andy durso dissallowed the rovers goal and why he sent off arron lescot,ive just seen both incidents on tele and im still mystified....it was a great game though,derby have got a fantastic set up,and good luck in the premiership!!!
