im trying to get stronger for mma (well boxing/bjj) and im 5' 8'' 127lbs, i would also like to gain a little weight like to 135, i know you are less strong when you are fatigued, but while fighting you need to be strong while still fatigued, would it help if i did some cardio(jump rope/running) to tire myself out then lift some weights? or should i just do them on separate days?
