Bali money and things in Bali?

Your first question about the currency...only God knows the answer. About shopping..yeah that is true but i would not call it ripping off...I call it enterprise spirit. They will give you higher price than local but if you pretend to walk away they will keep lowering the price. To give you an idea a sandal once offerred 80 000, I bought it at 13000. Some items can not be that low like bags I don't know you must try. All these in traditional market like in Ubud or Sukawati. If standing alone shop mostly you can't ask too much. Good luck.
