Can someone give some help?!?

okay me and ma girlfriend went to have for the first time. but we had a small problem, it was not going in. i used a lubricated condom and everything because i knew she was a virgin but it seriously was not going in. it got to the point were she was crying because i was trying to shove it in. what do i do??
