Tuning an B16a sir ls/vtec?

i just finished putting my 91 Integra together, all internals upgraded for ls/vtec w 12:1 wisco pistons,cams, cam gears,obd0 to obd1 ecu, rc310 injectors, ngk r #7... etc...my question is, what is good price to get my ride tuned? out here in KY they're asking 600 flat rate, the thing is i need the cash to move out Cali...yea i know cali laws suck...but anyways whats a good price to get it tuned out there $/hr ?
