How long can Ahi Poke and Tako stay out of the fridge?

I left my hawaiian ahi poke (tuna) and tako (squid) out of the fridge for about 7-8 hours today. It's mixed with different stuff...i'm not sure what though. Anyway, it was left on the countertop and the kitchen is 75 degrees... is it still okay to eat? it doesn't smell bad or anything... it smells the same as when i got it.. someone told me that I can fry it?
