I did shoot for Malay drama in 2008 till now I didnt get paid can I take any action bcos there is no contract?

I took part in Malay drama Bunga Raya Untuk Su Tin and was cheated by agent that I knew for sometime. Shooting took place in KL, August 2008 and was in air on 21st August 2009 on Merdeka Day 3pm on TV2. I knew the agent quite well as I used to do shoot with them before and always paid on time and thats why I didnt ask for agreement as I trusted them before but last time just kept on saying that she spent my money that production house paid to them for my shoot. Agency name is YUSMANJA ENTERTAINMENT and agent name is Maria and her husband Yus. They owe me RM700 and I dont know how to get it as they are born liars and cheaters. I cant do police report as I dont have agreement and I cant take any legal action. What I do have is her promise to pay me on sms! Any Malaysian lawyers here as I dont know what to do?
