1st Birthday party date?

My daughter Kendall will turn 1 on Saturday Nov 28. It'd be great to have her party this day however, it is only 2 days after Thanksgiving and I'm wondering if family/friends will be "partied' out in a sense (or simply tired) from the recent Thanksgiving holiday gatherings and such. Also there's Black Friday shopping on the 27th, making for a busy couple of days. It's neat her first bday falls on a Saturday but would it be better to have her party the Saturday before on the 21st?
