Baby car seat installation?

I've just insalled a Safe n Sound Royale baby seat (rear facing) in the centre of the backseat and it seems to have far to much side to side movement. Is this normal? I have the seatbelt fitted correctly, the top strap tightend and secured to back parcel shelf and stabiliser bar is out and locked in. Any suggestions??
