Domanant bratty little sister?

My sister is in middle school and I year younger than me. She is a brat, a slut, and controlling. I'm not allowed to wear what I want around her, I can't listen to the music I want around her, heck, I can't even EAT what I want around her or she'll accuse me of copying her and spread nasty rumors about me. She made friends with to of my friends and convienced them to hate me. She beats me if I don't listen to her and almost lost my other sister her job. She controls my parents to, by making my mom cry and orders my dad around. My family would be perfect without her. What do I do?
