Would you consider Aaron Rodgers a dual threat QB?

I would say yes he is. Unlike Manning and Brady he can make something happen with his feet. He is probably the 5th fastest starting QB only Vick, Freeman, Vince Young, maybe Cutler are faster. He is not a running QB because he does not run with the ball 6-7 times a game the way that young Vick, McNabb, and Culpepper did. But I do not consider him a pure per like Manning and Brady because they rarely get out of the pocket and can't get long runs.
