Which Linux distro has the best restr. media and multi-boot package?

I installed Ubuntu, and it has a package in the software packaging system that will automatically get most of the restricted formats. I also installed with a windows partition in place, and it managed to transfer settings and files in addition to automatically creating a multi boot screen at login.
