What is the meaning of this Proem?

i think it speaks on the repitition of human existence as a whole, and humankinds unimportance, while also realizing the interconnectedness something even as simple as man obtains in the universe. though we are nothing in the big scale of things, we are everything in our own narrow sulls, and becuase we all equally espouse this belief, we begin to believe that we as a whole(human beings) are everything. hope this helps bro, if you need any elaboration, comment and i'll be happy to oblige.
