Need Unique Place to take my Boyfriend?

Okay I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years . I always make sure we celebrate his birthday rather it be a white trash party at his house or going out for a night on the town with friends. The thing is i am just out of ideas. He is turing 24 in june and he doesn't want to go out and party like at a club or bar . He said he would be happy with us just doing something or just a dinner with friends. Of coarse I want to take him to do something rather a weekend get away or a fun night friends. We live in oklahoma I just don't know where to go. I don't mind traveling as long as its drivable within like 6 hours or so. He loves golf , Mud races , and typical guy things . Nothing baseball though we are going to redsox in boston next year. Thanks for all your help
