My stepson is trying to cause my husbend and I to divorse which he stated and it's driving us apart.?

My husbend's 14 year old son is trying to run me off. The mother has just�decided to be somewhat in his life. She is awful, she has no respect�For herself or others. She is a lying theif. Me and his son got along great until the day we got married not even two years ago. His son takes after his mother, he is a lying theif and I hate lyers and thiefs. He acks like he has nothing " poor me" when he has everything. When he direspects me and I get onto him he plays head games with my family and my husbend making me seem horrible. I have tried so hard to make things better but now his mother�Is always telling him he does not have to listen to me makeig things worse. He loves to hear my husbend and I argue, he laughs. He has torn my family apart and now he's tearing my marriage apart. I love my husbend but I now hate his kid and don't want him in my house anymore. I need advise please. I don't know what else to do. I have looked at divorse attorneys and started my part, I just hate to give him that. I know that's what he wants he has already told me. Thanks
