Is it ok to crush Vicodin and then swallow it?

I have a thing about swallowing pills so I crushed up two 5/500 mg Vicodin and took them orally (not recreationally I have a prescription) but now I'm worried that crushing it somehow made the Acetaminophen more potent and shocked my liver, am I going to get liver failure and die?
