Ideas on asking a girl out?

YOU CAN'T ASK A GIRL OUT TILL YOU AT LEAST TALK TO HER FIRST!!!!!!! If you just go hey want to go out with me your the girl of my dreams it will scare her away. You need to start with Hello and some kind of small talk. Then you need to say Hi to her when you see her and then slowly get into deeper conversations (Not your past love life and your view on politics but you get the point) and get to know her better and she will get to know you better. This should be about a week time. Then start subtly flirting and eventually ask her to hang out. Its that simple and painless and you more comfortable asking her out in the long run. Hopefully it will happen before Valentine's Day for you. Also if you talk to her before Valentine's Day thats how you can slip the hint by buying her something Valentine's Dayish and giving it to her. =)
