I am moving to Honolulu, Hawaii in a few weeks; we want to find a Chihuahua puppy. Any ideas where to look?

We already have an apartment that accepts small pets. We know we want a Chihuahua because we love them. We have looked online and they seem to be hard to find there. Would appreciate any leads you can give.
