For those who've bought a dehumidifier, how much have you been able to turn up your A/C?

In my case I have noticed that the dehumidifier has put out an incredible amount of heat through its exhaust. Before the purchase of the dehumidifier my basement was the coolest part of my house, now it is the hottest.
