Could this person get in trouble for posting unauthorized photos up of her and my boyfriend (who didn't agree)?

There's this girl who is insanely jealous of me she wants my boyfriend and she won't leave us alone even though we've been together for well over a year now and like a NORMAL PERSON would get the hint that she isn't going to get him but whatever .. anyway she tries to make me mad by posting old pictures up of her and him together and I certainly don't like them and my boyfriend doesn't want them there either is there any way that we can get her in trouble for it? Because she also posted photos up of his daughter that he also doesn't want on her page. .. What can be done about this?
