Can anyone offer some good advice?

I have what most would consider a dream job. The title, the money and the work are top notch. I have the respect of my boss and my co-workers. The trouble is that I am in a forced working relationship with 4 men who are lazy and irresponsible. They admit this but also say that the problem is that I am "Overcommitted" and work too hard. I don't think this is true because I have a happy balanced life (husband, children, friends). I am not obsessed, just committed. They said this makes them feel bad and so they don't want to try. They cannot be fired because of their status but my reputation is on the line and I am in charge of the company. Its like a forced marriage, we all have equal status and I can't fire them, and they won't leave. I have tried everything, including bringing in outside consultants. I don't want to leave this job because I love the work but I AM SO FRUSTRATED and resentful. This has been going on for 10 years. What should I do?
